Courses available at UEA
At UEA, we offer a range of courses at various levels, including undergraduate, postgraduate, apprenticeships and short courses. You can search our courses through this page.
Many courses have an option to study overseas, offer an integrated masters or complete a placement or internship, so you can truly look for experiences that best suit you and what you’d like to take from your studies. Variations to courses are detailed on the course listings as well as information on entry requirements. Please note that some courses are designed with placements as part of the curriculum as there is a dedicated career at the end, for example courses within the Health Sciences as well as Social Work. This page will help you to explore the full range of options relating to study at UEA.
Many providers offer entry by calculating UCAS Tariff points, whereas at UEA we ask for specific grades. We fully understand that many adults returning to education have a mixed portfolio of qualifications and experience, so would suggest that if you’re unsure you contact Admissions directly for guidance. Please email admissions@uea.ac.uk for help if you’re looking to join UEA for your study.
If you’re applying to study at UEA, or planning to in the future, you can sign up for an Applicant Support Programme aimed at mature students. This programme allows you to book in regular touch points with UEA’s dedicated point of contact to discuss your questions and help provide insight required to prepare you for study. Once you register, you’ll be emailed a link to book in a half an hour meeting online where you will be able to chat through what you need so the programme can be tailored to you specifically. To find out more, or to register to be involved in the Applicant Support Programme, please visit this page.
Alternatively, you can book ad-hoc meetings with our Mature Student Advisor through this link, or email on maturestudents@uea.ac.uk if you would like to ask questions.
