Employers range from 5* luxury, international hotels to family run guest houses. Depending on the size of the hotel there could be a range of jobs such as; concierge, hotel porter, housekeeper, and reception.
In larger hotels you will find staff who specialise in areas such as finance, human resources and marketing. There may also be opportunities for specialists in childcare, sport and fitness or you could entertain hotel residents with your musical skills.
It is useful to be able to speak other languages if you would like to work in a big city or internationally and there may be great opportunities to work abroad.
