The local and national government have put together information that is tailored to the area that you live*. This is to help you find places to study, retrain or find work close to home.

Since the COVID19 pandemic, many people have lost their jobs, had their hours reduced or have had to close their businesses. Your life may have been severely impacted. 

Local and National Government have been providing retraining and employment opportunities, as well as other support schemes.

If you have been made redundant, furloughed or your job has been affected as a result of COVID19 here are some things you may need to think about:

  • Opportunities to get back into work or learning
  • Financial support you may be eligible for during this time
  • Your physical and mental wellbeing

The Government have produced lots of advice if you lose your job. They have also written specific advice if your job has been impacted during COVID19.
